Appointments & Bookings
All treatments are by appointment only.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and medical nature of our services, all treatment sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, prepaid packages, or skincare product purchases. If you are dissatisfied or experience an adverse reaction, please contact us directly so we can support you with a proper care plan or follow-up.
Health & Safety
Clients who are feeling unwell (cold, flu, or contagious illness) are asked to reschedule with appropriate notice. All equipment and treatment areas are sanitized between clients. We follow all Ontario medical and health regulations for infection control and patient safety.
